Historic & Cultural Sites

The Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center is pleased to announce the addition of historic assets to its emerging History & Culture Program. As part of its mission the Center seeks to present the interrelationships of lifestyles past, present, and future to its visitors. These facilities and the programs they offer will continue their valued service to the community and we will now explore further opportunities through the enhancement of seasonal programs, Pre-K-12 field trip programs, heritage tours, professional development for teachers and more!

These resources include:

  • Lawrenceville Female Seminary/Isaac Adair House
  • McDaniel Farm Park
  • Freeman’s Mill
  • Yellow River Post Office
  • Chesser-Williams House

We look forward to seeing you at our programs!
