The Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center is the perfect setting for your celebration, conference, meeting, or special event. There are a variety of spaces and options to choose from. Please look at all of the different spaces we have available! We feel confident that we can make your event unique and wonderful. We look forward to speaking to you about your upcoming occasion! Please let us know if you are a GEHC Member or a Not for Profit, as there are discounts available. All rentals include set-up and break-down of GEHC tables and chairs,  GEHC rental attendant, use of the catering kitchen, coat closet, and free parking.  *AV/Material fee may apply to some rentals.  Parking fees may apply for large rentals/events.

The Ivy Room

Window walls provide picturesque views of wooded slopes and the rippling water feature. Vaulted ceilings with exposed wood trusses, natural lighting, and an eco-friendly carpet combine to create a serene, open atmosphere with fully integrated technology.

Blue Planet Theater

Our contemporary, state-of-the-art space where a unique waterscreen cascades into a nine foot infinity pool, the Blue Planet Theater, is a stunning venue. A high tech SmartPodium and high windows combine to make this the perfect ambiance for dinners, corporate functions, and cocktail parties. Outdoor views of the adjoining terrace balance the sleek cobalt blue pendant lighting and terrazzo floors to create a sophisticated atmosphere.

Dining Area

Overlooking our beautiful water feature, the open dining area is an ideal location for pre-function cocktails, registration area, breakout session, or a casual luncheon. The Dining Area also makes a fantastic addition to The Ivy Room for larger events.

Chancellor’s Boardroom

With views of the lush forest and the peaceful tiers of our rippling water feature, this beautiful room has seating for 16 and is full of the technology needed for a working breakfast or an executive lunch meeting.

The newest of our meeting spaces, the downstairs Conference Room is a great space for smaller meetings or breakout sessions.

Main Exhibit Hall

Perfect for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres or a mingling space at the Center, the glass enclosed Water Ways Exhibit Hall is an eye-catching interior bridge. With access to all of the exhibits for your guests, the Exhibit Hall provides an open atmosphere, entertainment, and an intriguing space for your event!
