Invent It (Ages 7-9)

 

 

 

Take the ordinary and make it extraordinary with our birthday party filled with zips, zaps, and zings. Learn the basics of science with hands-on activities and let your imagination run wild. Children will test their creativity with magnets, static electricity, and motion.

All About Animals (Ages 5-9)

Join us to discover the wonders and mysteries of nature. Children take on the role of ecologists as they explore the world of plants, animals, water, and more. This program may include outdoor activities when weather permits.

Time Traveler (Ages 6-9)

Have you ever wanted to go back in time? Explore the life of Georgia's early civilizations through the eyes of the Native Americans. Have the opportunity to live out the daily experiences of these people through technology, cooking and art.

Scheduling A Birthday Party

Birthday parties at GEHC are most suitable for rising 5-9 year olds. Parties are currently scheduled on Saturday from 10:30am-12:30pm or 2:00pm-4:00pm. Reservations are required two weeks in advance. A minimum attendance of 10 children and a maximum of 20 children are invited to participate. Each party package includes the admission of six adults (for ages 5-6, each child is welcomed to bring one adult).

 

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit may be paid in the form of cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card. At the conclusion of the party the host family will pay the remaining balance. The deposit will be subtracted from your account at this time.

Arrival

You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled birthday party. This allows time for unloading gifts, party favors and meeting the Birthday Party Host. We suggest notifying party attendees to arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure the party will begin on time. Please have attendees click here for printable directions. Balloons and pinatas are not allowed. In case of rain GEHC staff will provide alternative indoor activities.

 

Safety and Security

For the safety of our visitors, please make sure children with your group do not run inside the building. Adult supervision is required at all times. We ask that you maintain an adult to child ratio of 1:8, and refrain from cell phone use during the party.
